Data protection

The protection of your personal data during the collection, processing and use on the occasion of your visit to our homepage is an important concern for us. In principle, data on this website is only collected to the extent that is technically necessary and to improve our services. These data are not personal. It is therefore not possible to trace which user has called up which data. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold or passed on to third parties for other reasons.

The following declaration gives you an overview of how this protection is guaranteed and what kind of data is collected for what purpose. Every time a user accesses and retrieves a file, data about this process is temporarily stored and processed. In detail, the following data record is stored for each access/retrieval:
– accessed page/name of the accessed file
– Browser type/version
– Operating system used
– Source page
– Search terms (if forwarded from a search engine)
– Date and duration of the query

The data collected is evaluated anonymously for statistical purposes and to improve the offer. No other use or disclosure to third parties takes place.
We do not use any technologies, such as Java applets or Active-X controls, which makes it possible to trace the access behaviour of the users.

Collection, processing and use of personal data
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily, e.g. by filling out forms (e.g. “Registration for events”) or sending e-mails. However, we only collect personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail if you have provided us with this information as part of a registration, survey, etc. We store and process the personal data you provide us with exclusively for your individual support, the sending of information or the submission of service offers. We assure you that all information will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Should you wish us to delete your data, please let us know.

Security advice
We endeavour to take all necessary technical and organisational security measures to store your personal data in such a way that they are not accessible to third parties. Should you wish to contact us by e-mail, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the information transmitted cannot be completely guaranteed with this method of communication. We therefore recommend that you send us particularly confidential information exclusively by post.
